PAR Technology Subsidiary Announces $46 Million Air Force Contract
Rome Research Corporation (RRC), a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC - News), announced today that it has been awarded a $46.0 million contract for research and development, testing and evaluation expertise to operate the far field antenna test ranges, anechoic chambers, other laboratory facilities for the Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate and conduct exercises and training missions on Air Force fielded technologies in combat. Under the five-year contract, work will be performed at the Air Force Research Laboratory facilities located in Rome, Newport, and Stockbridge, NY, and other field locations. read more >

Rome Research Corporation (RRC), a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC), was awarded a contract worth up to $43.1 million to provide operator level personnel to augment the 21st Signal Brigade supporting operations and maintenance of Army Global Information Grid (GIG) facilities within the continental United States. PAR Technology Subsidiary Announces $23.2 Million U.S. ARMY Contract Award
Rome Research Corporation (RRC), a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PTC), received an award from the U.S. Army for a contract valued at $23.2 million to provide SATCOM Operations & Maintenance Services at the U.S. Army’s Global Information Grid facility at Landstuhl,Germany. The contract performance covers a 6 month base period with four one-year option periods. RRC has been operating and maintaining teleport commercial and military satellite terminals for the Army at Landstuhl, Germany for nearly five years under a separate contract.

U.S. AIR FORCE SUBCONTRACT AWARD
Rome Research Corporation (RRC), a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC - News), was awarded a $2.9 million subcontract to provide information technology core services to support Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rome Research Site. NCI, Inc. is the awarding prime contractor. The support includes help desk, network infrastructure, application development, testing and integration. The performance period of the contract is one year.
