Mark Cianciolo
Vice President of Operations, PAR Government
Mark Cianciolo joined PAR
Government in January of 2008 following a 31-year military career. Mr. Cianciolo has extensive
executive level leadership experience leading communications and information
technology organizations in support of global operations. His vision and subject matter expertise
in strategic planning, global operations, information/knowledge management and
business process development has resulted in the successful transformation of
several organizations into highly efficient, customer oriented, professional enterprises
that have set the standard within their industry.
Since joining PAR Government, Mr. Cianciolo has spearheaded the planning and implementation of the organizational design of the Corporation’s very first Operations Department. His Department’s core mission and purpose are to; establish standards, business processes and infrastructure necessary to assure peak performance on all current and future technical service contracts; to translate the customer’s vision and needs into reality; and to support business development efforts to meet and exceed the objectives of PAR Government’s Strategic and Annual Operating Plan.
Mr. Cianciolo has three advanced Degrees, an M.S. in Business Management from Saint Mary University, an M.S. in Operations from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and an M.A. in National Security Strategy and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Nebraska.
