Thomas Harding

Thomas P. Harding joined PAR
Government in 1995 and brings 29 years experience in government contract
management. Before joining PAR, he
held progressively responsible positions in contract administration, program
management and business management for large government contractors such as
Northrop Grumman, Westinghouse, United Technologies and Eaton Corporation. He has also held the position of Senior
Director of Contracts for PAR Government since 1999.
Mr. Harding provides business management oversight while serving as the company’s lead negotiator. He is heavily involved with developing the company’s strategic direction and is critical to accomplishing the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
Mr. Harding has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego.
